She really enjoyed preschool this year. It was in the afternoon so I was worried that she might be tired but she had all the energy she needed everytime. In fact, she would ask on a daily basis when preschool was. Many times she would have herself dressed and backbag packed shortly after breakfast. It was a long wait until preschool started for her sometimes. They had a VIP day once a month where they brought in a snack to share and got to bring something from home to share too.
Technically, Shalyce has one more year of preschool because of her October birthday. She's ready for kindergarten but will have another year to prepare. She's an eager beaver when it comes to learning things at school.
Her teachers did a cute ceremony of showing off what they learned that year and then they got dressed up and walked to an upbeat procession graduation song. It seemed fitting because her preschool teacher also teaches dance locally.
