4 weeks

Time is flying by. The boys are almost two months old (I'm a little behind in the blog...but I hope to catch up soon). They are starting to be more in synch with each other's schedules. Each has their own personality too. In the pictures, Asher has yellow on and Jude has blue (except the first one...that's Asher in blue with the girls). It used to be easier to distinguish the two because Jude had those chubby cheeks. Now, Asher is gaining weight steadily and he has chubby cheeks. (I have to admit that in the middle of the night you're not always sure who you are looking at or holding because you are a little delirious from a lack of sleep.) All in all we are surviving. The girls continue to give lots of attention to the boys and have enjoyed them.

Candid Moments

Haysannah and Shalyce have enjoyed many hours playing together. I am always amazed with their creativity. Usually, they have the most fun with taking different items from around the house and using them in a new way.

Here are some shots taken at home in the past few weeks.

We got some big pots on clearance recently and the girls have really taken to these pots. In fact, Shalyce wanted to sit in the pot inside the cart as we continued our shopping. As soon as we got home they both decided to become plants. This gives new meaning to the phrase "bloom where you are planted".

The other photo is Haysannah's "Fun Spot." She gathered her materials and set up her spot. She began marketing her "fun spot" to Shalyce with enticements of a cool drink, shade, reading a book, and a comfortable seat. So cute!
